Building Better Athletes

"My son has been coming to BBA for a year now and I cannot believe the improvement I have seen in his quickness, speed, strength and his eating habits"
- Scott Harris

Youth FUNdamentals (2nd-5th Grade)
During this age of development, getting involved in a fitness program has a huge impact on a youngsters development.  This safe, creative, and fun environment allows youngsters to develop coordination, balance, rhythm, awareness, and basic movement skills unlike anything else.

Research has shown time and again, that this age of young athletes benefit greatly from getting involved in such a program.  Getting involved in basic fundamentals of movement and fitness at this age sets up young athletes for a long and safe athletic career.  It also builds a great foundation of movement skills that will benefit them as they develop into mature athletes.

This class will be centered on having fun, using creative games, exploring movement, developing basic skills such as locomotion, jumping/landing, core stability, and lower body/upper body awareness.  This is a can't miss for young athletes, and they will benefit the rest of their life's.
