The focus is on building the complete athlete by improving strength, movement skills, sporting mechanics, speed, power, and mobility in a fun, play-based environment. This program is NOT dedicated to high performance, it is dedicated towards building an environment for young athletes to thrive and learn to love movement and physical activity.
We DO NOT specialize the training in this program towards a certain sport or try to achieve high performance for this aged athlete. Remember, they are 12-14 years old, there is no trophy for the best 12-14 year old! The purpose is to set a foundation that they athlete can use to be resilient and robust as they enter their high school and hopefully college years.
Disclaimer: Every parent of kids this age seem to think their kid in the next professional all-star... that's great, but we don't care about that. We care of providing an environment that allows kids to be themselves, have fun and BE A KID! We do NOT sacrifice on this philosophy. If you ask us about specialized training, or a focus on a certain sport, we will turn you away. Our priorities are doing what's best for your kid and trying to to treat 12-14 year olds like adults it NOT our priority.
This program is limited to only 20-25 athletes. We keep this program small to ensure only the highest quality of training.
We also keep the right to remove any athlete, without refund, who we feel isn't holding themselves to our standards of behavior (bullying, distraction, inappropriate behavior).
