Elite Performance (8th - College)
Our most popular program that is designed for the mature, dedicated athlete. The Elite Performance program focuses on improving athletic performance by giving EACH athlete an individualized training plan designed to meet the unique demands of each athlete. 

The process starts  with a thorough individual assessment looking at each athlete's unique biomechanics, movement patterns, movement tendencies, joint mobility/stability, strengths, weakness, goals, and performance numbers.

After obtaining this assessment, we set specific routines based off their assessments to give a truly individualized experience - NOT a cookie cutter approach where every athlete, no matter sport, age, position, experience, does the same workout.  

From there we guide our decisions by our vast coaching experience and with the use of advanced technology such as force cells,  velocity based training, electronic timing systems, and in-depth athlete monitoring to give every athlete the right medicine for their best performance.

This program is limited to only 20-25 DEDICATED athletes. We keep this program small to ensure only the highest quality of training. This program is NOT for athletes looking for something to do, or to stay busy, or that don't want to be pushed. We only accept athletes truly dedicated to improving their craft. 
We also keep the right to remove any athlete, without refund, who we feel isn't holding themselves to our standards. This is not a participation program and we do not accept all athletes.

  • Monday & Wednesday
    • 5:30am-6:40am 
    • 3:10-4:20pm 
    • 6:40-7:50pm
  • Tuesday​ & Thursday
    • 3:10-4:20pm 
    • 5:30-6:40p
  • Friday
    • 5:30-6:40am
    • 3:10-4:30pm
    • 4:20-5:30pm
