January 17th: 1:00-3:00pm Who: Any 4th-7th baseball and softball players. Not just for pitchers but for all throwing athletes. What: Throwing is one of the most demanding and difficult movements an athlete can do. Fun Fact: When throwing the shoulder joint goes through ~6000 degrees of rotation per second! That is the fastest movement the human body can produce. Such a movement requires thorough and intelligent preparation. This is exactly what this camp is for.
