This class is designed for the active adult and encompasses a complete fitness routine focusing on improving strength, mobility, stability, body control, and movement skills.
All of these qualities will be targeted through an up-tempo, fast paced class. For any individual looking to improve fitness, strength, body composition, and receive nutritional guidance. Below you can see the outline of our training week, and the emphasis of each days training session.
Each adult also receives a training journal, to keep track of KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) such as training numbers, nutrition/diet intake, body composition, stress, sleep, and recovery.
