We always get asked questions on our pulley system for resisted accelerations. It’s just rope, wrapped though a descender. That’s it’s. The more times wrapped through, the more resistance. At each end of the rope is a belt (not weights) so when one person finishes the other belt is pulled to the start. We do resisted sprinting ~2xweek. The evidence is too strong not to be doing some sort of resistance sprinting frequently. This pulley allows for smooth resistance and easy varying of loads. I think this is a good starting point to all our DIY projects, because when you’re a poor business owner, DIY is the way to go! #garagegym #diygaragegym #diygymequipment
