Our popular Summer Training is back for another summer of domination. This year's summer sessions runs from Monday, June 4th - Saturday, August 18th.
That's 11-weeks of training, with sessions offered 6-days a week, with many different session times to meet the flexible schedule of our athletes.
When signing-up for our Summer Special, athletes are recommended to dedicated 3-4 days per week. That means athletes are getting 33-44, 90-minute training sessions for ONLY $300 (That comes out to ~$5/hour!)
If that time commitment is not available, then we offer 2-days/week training - this is perfect for in-season athletes or athletes that lift at school but want more specific speed, agility, and technical training with us.
When athletes sign-up for the Summer Training, athletes also receive a BBA t-shirt, wrist band and our BBA Training Manual, which is 50 pages of nutrition, recovery, sleep, mental toughness info!
We are limiting this summer to only 75-athletes to ensure the highest quality training for each athlete. We routinely have 100+ athletes sign-up for this, so don't delay as this will sell out.
