Our popular Summer Training Program is back for another summer of domination. This year's summer sessions runs from
When: Monday, June 3rd - Friday, August 23rd.
What: We Offer 1-Day/Week, 2-Day/Week, 3-Day/Week, and Unlimited Training Packages for Athletes in our Elite Performance (7th-12th Grade) and Youth FUNdamentals (3rd-6th Grade) groups. Discounts are available for families!
We also have 1/2 summer packages for those athletes that may have a sport, or camps, or traveling that will take up a big chunk of the summer.

That's 12-weeks of training, with sessions offered 6-days a week (7-Days for our Unlimited Training Athletes), with many different session times to meet the flexible schedule of our athletes.
When athletes sign-up for the Summer Training, athletes also receive a BBA t-shirt, wrist band and our BBA Training Manual, which is 50 pages of nutrition, recovery, sleep, mental toughness info!
