Speed, Acceleration, Quickness, and Change of Direction are all qualities athletes strive to improve and this 8-week camp is focuses on just that. During these 8-weeks athletes will be focused on improving their game-like speed. This means not only will be they get better at running a 40-yard dash or doing a pro agility, but most importantly, they'll improve speed that is required during game like situations. This means close-quarter reaction, short acceleration, quick deceleration, reactive change of direction, visual recognition/perception and action, and top-end speed will all be improved and maximized. In addition athletes will work on specific strength and power development, injury prevention, individual mobility, and specific recovery modalities that will allow them to maintain their speed and give them the tools to stay healthy!
