When: Saturday, November 27th.
Noon-2pm for 7th-12th Grade
2pm-4pm for 4th-6th Grade
Who: Any series baseball and softball players. Not just for pitchers but for all throwing athletes.
What: Throwing is one of the most demanding and difficult movements an athlete can do.
Fun Fact: When throwing the shoulder joint goes through ~6000 degrees of rotation per second! That is the fastest movement the human body can produce.
Such a movement requires thorough and intelligent preparation.
This is exactly what this camp is for. To go in-depth in the development of producing healthy, high-level arms.
We are keeping this program to 12 athletes. So sign-up ASAP!
If a 4th-6th grader, sign-up under the youth payment. Thanks!
